Every good floor care system starts at the door. Use mats or rugs, especially in high traffic areas like entrances to trap dust, dirt and other particles Put brand new felt pads on all furniture before each piece is set in place in order to protect your new investment. – We will provide you with these upon request Even if you already have felt pads on your furniture, they could have picked up dust and small debris over time or during a move that could scratch and damage your floor’s new finish. Don’t forget to replace these felt stickers occasionally since they wear down and may have dirt trapped in them. Keep it clean! Buy a good quality broom and sweep your new floor at least once a week. Reduce dust - a major source of scratching - by using a dry microfiber mop in between sweeping.
